From SCF-USA
to a National Leader.

VERC started its journey as a project of **SCF-USA back in 1977** with an aim to provide process consultancy to internal projects. By 1989, it became a separate local organization, setting new benchmarks for the entire NGO sector in Bangladesh.

"Organizations where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire... where collective aspiration is set free."— Peter Senge
